Villa Jazmín in Residensol Urbanization is a fantastic villa in Nerja, located very close to Burriana beach, one of the most acclaimed beaches in the area. It has two floors plus a third floor with a terrace viewpoint.



On the central floor, there is a living-dining room, a fully independent kitchen, and access to terraces, gardens, and a private pool. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with individual beds and capacity for 4 people.

On the upper floor, there is a rooftop terrace with a chill out area that allow you to enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the area. Accommodation of 125 m². It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, equipped terraces, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, alarm, air conditioning, private pool, free street parking, 3 fans, 2 TVs, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
