Pros: Very nice villa situated in the uppper part of Nerja with beautiful views from the large roof terrace. Good access and parking by the front door. Contact with the property owner was very nice and respons was quick. We had a wonderful time and Nerja is by far the most beautiful town along the east coast of Malaga.

Pros: We have nothing but praise for this holiday home. It’s a relaxing, comfortable and beautiful home that is well cared for. Being situated 2œ kms above the old town and beach, and almost on a hillside, it has lovely views and the neighbourhood, at least in April, was quiet and orderly (with the exception of one local dog that “welcomed” people home at night). Walking downhill into town is easy and there’s an hourly bus service back up, so even without a car, access is easy. The owner was always prompt and helpful in answering our inquiries. Best suited for people who value something more than just sitting on a beach.

Pros: This town house is located in a beautifully kept development about 2 km from Nerja town centre at the top of a hill, and has good sea and mountain views from the terrace and a lovely private and shaded garden. It is possible to park just outside the house and there is a corner shop just opposite, which for us were bonuses. The house is very well equipped and practical, spotlessly clean with a good wifi connection, which was a blessing as we had a few days of rain and unsettled weather. The owner is easy to contact and very friendly, with a lot of good suggestions and advice.

This was our third time at Nerja's Villas Capistrano, and Morten & June's home was by far the cleane

Pros: This was our third time at Nerja's Villas Capistrano, and Morten & June's home was by far the cleanest. It is a small 2-bedroom apartment (2 single beds, 1 double bed) with rooftop terrace, and contains refrigerator, washing machine, small dishwasher, microwave, oven, watercooker, blender, and everything else you need for a nice vacation. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. The living room has two couches (one can be turned into a double bed), table and chairs. We haven't used tv and cd/radio player, but I'm sure they work perfectly. The living room and both bedrooms have airconditioning, which can be turned on by a euro coin (4-6 hrs operating time per euro). We found that a bit weird at first, but eventually we found it a very good way of responsibly using electricity and preventing unnecessary usage of the a/c. We spent 2 weeks with 3 small children, so the villa was slightly too small for our family, but nevertheless, we had a blast! Communal swimming pool is great (5 min walk), one of the reasons to come back with the kids. Burriana beach is a 5-minute ride by car. Only disadvantage is that the villa is situated roadside (Calle San Francisco) so you can hear people and cars passing by. Then again, it is a dead-end street, so not too bad at all! Most communication was through Morten, who was very kind and had swift responses to emails. Payment process was also smooth by bank wire transfer. Thanks Morten & June!

Ein wunderschönes HÀuschen im andalusischen Stil

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in diesem tollen Haus. Der Vermieter sehr nett und kommunikativ! Der Garten & die Terrasse sind sehr gemĂŒtlich. Die Dachterrasse ist groß und bietet eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und die Berge. Ganz wichtig die Betten hervorragend! Keine RĂŒckenschmerzen in 3 Wochen gehabt! In der KĂŒche war alles vorhanden was man braucht, inklusive Essen und Wein. Was will man mehr? Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus und ein super Vermieter

Pros: Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage und man kann mit dem Auto direkt davor parken. Der Weg zum Pool und dem Stadtbus ist nicht weit und gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sich bei einem Problem sofort darum gekĂŒmmert. Das Haus war bestens und vor allem reichlich mit allem ausgestattet. Das Preis- LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis ist sehr gut.

Pros: Min man och jag hade tre hĂ€rliga marsveckor i Mortens hem. Solen sken i stort sett varje dag, lite svala förmiddagar men efter lunch kom vĂ€rmen. Vi hann med att besöka de platser som vi planerat i förvĂ€g, Frigiliana, Cordoba, Ronda och Gibraltar. Besökte ocksĂ„ en del av de restauranger Morten tipsat om och hittade ocksĂ„ en egen favorit. Övrig tid njöt vi av vistelsen i Casa de Junemor om omrĂ„det runtomkring. Hemlagade middagar med gott vin perfekt pĂ„ takterrassen. HĂ€rligt med promenadavstĂ„nd till marknaden som vi besökte varje tisdag. Helt Ok ocksĂ„ att promenera ner till centrum och buss eller taxi hem om vi inte tog bilen. Vi Ă€r helt nöjda med vĂ„r vistelse i Nerja och om vi Ă„tervĂ€nder vill vi gĂ€rna bo i Mortens hem. SĂ€ngarna var helt underbara för en dĂ„lig rygg och "landlord" Morten var en mycket bra hyresvĂ€rd som stĂ€llde upp snabbt och fixade allt för att vi skulle ha det bra. Enda besvikelsen var att det inte blommade sĂ„ mycket i trĂ€dgĂ„rden men det berodde ju pĂ„ att vi valde lite fel Ă„rstid. ÅtervĂ€nder vi blir det pĂ„ hösten dĂ„ man kan sitta ute lĂ€ngre pĂ„ kvĂ€llarna. Detta boende rekommenderas varmt.

Mortens, Àgaren, tips om omrÄden, shopping, hyrbilar, restauranger, marknader o s v var ovÀrderliga. Sovkomforten var utomordentlig och frukosten pÄ terassen med utsikt vida omkring Àr det vi saknar mest. Den av Morten nyinköpta mixern kan rekommenderas för att göra sin egen gazpacho eller smoothies pÄ frukt frÄn marknaden. VÄra varmaste rekommendationer.
