Welcome to Villa Fraile, nestled in the tranquillity of the Andalusian countryside. Spacious and dreamy, you’re just a short drive from the golden-cloaked beaches and whitewashed streets of Nerja. When you step outside, you’re met with a sultry sun terrace, with its sparkling pool taking centre stage. Stretch out on a sun lounger and gaze out across avocado trees and flourishing orchards, or take in the awe-inspiring coastal panoramas. If dinner at sunset sounds like a dream, tuck into family feasts in the alfresco dining area as you watch the glow of pinks and oranges across the sky.
The interiors are brightly lit by the flood of natural light that seeps through the wide glass windows. Designed to create an atmosphere of openness and warmth, each of the three bedrooms is a blissful reprieve after a busy day at the beach. Sink into the cosy living space with plush sofas and an old-style fireplace that gives you a taste of a traditional Spanish casa. The kitchen is shabby chic, with classy pine cabinets and high-end appliances perfect for whipping up any culinary creations.
Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 260cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace area is also 80cm wide. The terrace is tiled and features a number of steps leading to the pool area. This can be seen from the images. The pool itself has ladder access, whilst there's a small lip around the pool. This is a ground-floor property, where the door leading into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
