The ground floor offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, as well as a cosy seating area. From here you have direct access to the jewel of the house: a 200 m² terrace with a private pool, outdoor shower, dining area, lounge with hammocks, barbecue and south-west orientation, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun and unforgettable sunsets.



On the upper floor, a modern dining room with Smart TV and high-speed WiFi completes this villa designed to be enjoyed at any time of the year.
