And this villa has all of the components you would expect to find in a home in the sun, including an inviting outdoor swimming pool that is ideal for swimming, floating and splashing about in when the heat of the sun becomes too much. Outside, you will also find barbecue facilities for al fresco dining, a comfy outdoor seating area and comfy sun loungers perfectly equipped for “baking and rotating.”

Inside, this villa has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and three spacious bedrooms, with all of the home-from-home comforts you will ever need.

Air-conditioned throughout, and featuring free Wi-Fi, this wonderful villa in Nerja will not disappoint! Now all that is left to say is: “Happy Holidays.”

To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm wide along with 13 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 105cm wide. The width of the path to the pool is 105cm and the villa grounds are flat. There are 16 steps to the first floor. All of the bedrooms on this floor have a door width of 70cm and the bathroom and shower room has a door width of 60cm.
