Location and outside area The location of this property is just ideal because you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, yet you can easily walk to Nerja (1.2 km) in 15 minutes by taking the backdoor from the garden and shortcut by following the Rio Chillar riverbed towards Nerja. Please note that it may be a bit inconvenient to do this at night due to the lack of streetlight. But of course, you can also drive to Nerja in 5 minutes – the drive is further then, approx. 2 km, yet easy enough for going to the beach, restaurants or the supermarket.The villa enjoys a spacious outside area and lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The shaded veranda is the ideal place for your alfresco diners while the barbecue area comes complete with a work table and a bar to entertain the guests. The attractive private pool (7m x 4m) is fully fenced to offer extra security for families with small children.For those looking to enrich their cultural knowledge, there are guided tours to wonderful cities like Granada or Seville. And if you’re looking for entertainment, you will be amazed by the number of options, from golf to horse-riding and water sports to paragliding. Inside and lay-out The accommodation is set on one level and comfortably furnished in a classical style. The living/dining room is all-in-one with an open-plan kitchen and comes with an open fireplace, dining amenities, 2 sofas, an arm chair and satellite-TV. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room with WC and single was basin. The second bedroom is also a double and the 3rd bedroom is a twin. A family bathroom is provided with shower over bath, WC, single washbasin and bidet.
