Surrounded by nature, this villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Nerja, including the area’s impressive mountain range, ocean views and wonderful sunsets.  And this villa is certainly set up to make the most of outdoor life in the sunshine. Boasting a  spacious terrace with excellent alfresco dining facilities, including a brick-built barbeque perfect for cooking up a storm while watching the sun go down. This villa also boasts a fantastic private pool with an outdoor shower that is ideal for cooling down when the midday sun takes its toll. Equipped with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, you will also be able to bake and rotate until your heart’s content. 
Inside, this detached villa boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms – all featuring air conditioning so you can be sure to get a great night’s sleep. Villa Sanchez y Rico also features a bright and spacious living room and dining space with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher.  

Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 106cm wide alongside 24 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst the only way to the pool area is through the front door. The pool itself has ladder access. This villa is on two floors. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 105cm wide. All bedroom and bathroom doors on the ground floor have a width of 70cm.
