This sweet, spotless cottage sits high on the Neskowin Crest, has a magnificent view of the ocean, yet is just a one-half mile walk to the beach. You can walk for miles on this gorgeous beach, with few other people, as this is a wonderfully small town.

The cottage was recently updated with all new windows, siding, insulation and a new bath. Also, don't miss the fact that it has an AMAZING VIEW of the ocean and beach from high above Neskowin.

This home features two bedrooms with lovely linens and new, good-quality mattresses - one Queen sized bed and one Full sized bed. The bath is newly updated with a shower, no tub.

The kitchen is ready for you, with lots of kitchen supplies and cookware, electric stove, coffee maker and refrigerator. A TV for watching and a comfortable living room. *********(Please note that there is no WiFi, but you can access it at Hawk Creek Café or at the store in Neskowin.) 3-G access works well with iPad and phone********.

A wall of huge picture windows line the sitting and living area. Watch the waves crash and the sunset each evening. Enjoy sitting outside on the private patio. You can walk to the beach year-round in a matter of 15 minutes. There is walking bridge that allows winter walking across the wetlands. It is just one mile to walk or drive the core area of Neskowin.

A specialty grocery store and a wonderful small café is also available in Neskowin. Don't miss the Hawk Creek Café pizza, clam chowder and great sandwiches and salads.

A 10-mile drive north to Pacific City brings you to another long walkable beach, a great brew pub, art gallery and surfing. A few miles south you will find Cascade Head with amazing hikes through the forest and out to an open meadow high above the surf.

Four person maximum. There is an extra $10 fee per night for guests over 2. Maximum 4 guests. Not safe for children due to high retaining walls.
NO DOGS ALLOWED.

This cottage offers its guests an arcade/game room and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
