This 3-room holiday flat (88 m2) is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Sveti Vlas, Bulgaria. The flat is located on the second floor of the three-storey building, but without a lift. The beach is just 50 metres away. The view from the two terraces offers a marvellous view of the Nessebar peninsula with its historical sights as well as the famous 7 km long Sunny Beach.

Four chairs and a small table adorn one of the balconies. Two large swimming pools with a children's pool are available for guests to swim in from 20 May. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge by the pool. The holiday complex consists of over 100 flats and has its own restaurant and pool bar. If it's not hot enough in summer, you can also use the Finnish sauna free of charge. Free public parking is available approx. 150 metres from the resort. As there is a children's playground and fitness equipment for adults just 100 metres from the resort, it is very family-friendly.

It is divided into two bedrooms, a living room with fitted kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower has access to the balcony and a marvellous view of the sea. An air conditioning unit in this room ensures a pleasant coolness. There is also a bedroom with two single beds, a desk, wardrobe and a view of the foothills of the balcony. There is a sofa bed in the living room, suitable for two adults. There is also direct access to the second balcony with a wonderful view of the beach and the holiday complex's swimming pool, where children can romp around freely. The living room also has an air conditioning unit, a TV with satellite programmes and a large dining table with 6 chairs. The small fitted kitchen offers enough space for a family to prepare a delicious meal. All the usual kitchen utensils are available. There is also a large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc.

There are many shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. A large water park is only 5 km away. The centre of Sveti Vlas (only 500 m) with its many small shops is ideal for shopping. If you still haven't had enough, you can take the bus to Sunny Beach, 5 km away, with its hundreds of shops and restaurants. The Nessebar peninsula with its historic buildings is also only 12 km away and is a popular destination for excursions.
