Disliked: Cleanliness
Scammed. Arrived to no booking even though paid full cost. Accommodation Management very rude and unhelpful. Left to fend for self and unable to contact site we booked through. Awful experience and will never book through here again and will recommend that no one else does

Hiermit fordere ich sie auch die Buchungskosten zu erstatten da keine Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter möglich war und wir in dem gebuchten Hotel abgewiesen wurden da angeblich kleine Buchung stattgefunden hatt!Aufgrund des fehlgeschlagenen Check in forde ich sie auf die bereits geleistete Zahlung in Höhe von
