The villa has three levels. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor. One with a view of the lake and one with a view of the forest. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The highlight is the open kitchen with c#ooking island and dining table for 8 people on approx. 50 square meters.

There are two further double bedrooms on the top floor, one with a view of the lake and the other with a view of the forest. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub, WC, bidet and washbasin.

In the basement is the garage, an office with two desks, swivel chairs and monitors, which you are welcome to use. There is also another shower room with WC, bidet and washbasin as well as the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse and ironing board.
