Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2, 7 jährigen Kindern für 1 Woche vor Ort.Das Haus liegt schön am Wasser, ist sauber und ruhig gelegen.Die Kommunikation und Absprache im Vorfeld für die Anreise war sehr gut.Die folgenden Punkte sollten beachtet werden.Die Fliegengitter in den oberen Schlafzimmer sind defekt und sollten aufgrund der zahlreichen Mücken ausgetauscht werden.Ein Hinweis in der Objektbeschreibung, das zwei Hunde und eine Katze dort wohnen, sollte ergänzt werden, da es Leute mit Allergie und/oder Angst gibt und die Vermieter direkt daneben wohnen. Im tollen Garten, fehlt etwas Privatsphäre.Bei privaten Unterhaltungen am Tisch, kam die Vermieterin des öfteren vorbei um ihre Waschmaschine zu benutzen oder Putzwasser zu entsorgen.Das ist ansich kein Problem, aber wir hätten uns da etwas mehr Fingerspitzengefühl für die Situation gewünscht.Das gesamte Objekt hat uns gut gefallen und der Steg mit dem Tretboot hat nicht nur die Kinder begeistert.

Eine schöne saubere Unterkunft mit großen Schlafräumen. Der Garten an der Medem lädt zum Ausruhen ein. Ansonsten ist man sehr schnell an der Küste. Vielen Dank

Großzügiges Haus für ruhige Ferientage

Alle Anwesenden haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viel Platz im Haus machte auch aus dem Regen- einen Urlaubstag, die unmittelbare Wassernähe lud zu Touren auf der Medem ein.

Super Urlaub

Da gibt´s nicht viel zu sagen: Sehr schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft, mit Kindern einfach ideal. Cuxhaven und Otterndorf nachkurzer Autofahrt gut zu erreichen. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieter. Und wer zwischendurch die Ruhe genießen will ist hier genau richtig.
