A spacious house of about 100 m², offering an open living area and a mezzanine. You will also have a 300 m² outdoor space, ideal for enjoying sunny days. Although the house is well insulated, the proximity to the railway means you will still hear trains, especially some passenger trains during the day and several freight trains at night.

Open kitchen connected to the living room with two French doors opening directly onto the terrace. Access to the mezzanine via a miller's staircase.
