Our newly renovated apartment in the North Sea spa Neuharlingersiel offers you the cozy little luxury you need for a few days by the sea!
Small but nice! On 22 square meters everything is necessary, so that 1-2 people can enjoy the peace and quiet on the North Sea coast.
The view from the window shows the direct path to the beach. Either you enjoy the view from the south balcony with a fresh coffee in the morning or a cool sundowner in the evening. Alternatively, you are 2 minutes on foot on the dike. Once up the stairs and you're right on the North Sea. Whether walking, cycling, mudflats, swimming or surfing and kiteboarding in the surf school - all possibilities are right at your doorstep. Even in bad weather, the bath is within walking distance.
If you do not want to use the numerous gastronomic offers, no problem: the fully equipped kitchenette offers everything needed to prepare a romantic dinner. For a delicious coffee, there is a Nespresso machine as well as a normal filter coffee machine available.
The cozy bed is equipped with the best ever tested mattress and with 1.60 width ideal for 2 people. Of course, also includes a modern, fully equipped bathroom to the extent of the apartment. Storage space is plentiful.
The apartment has its own free parking for the entire duration of the stay. If you also want to arrive by public transport - no problem! The bus stop is about 150m from the apartment. The buses go every hour towards the train station.

The prices are inclusive of all additional costs, which come to you. Included are:
The statutory Kurabgaben i. H.v € 2.50 per person / per night. These are specified in the calculation as administration.
A linen package consisting of bed linen and towels i. H.v € 10, - per person / per stay (If you want to bring your own bed linen, no problem, then please contact us. In this case, the bedding is ready, you only need to bring bed linen and towels)
The one-time cleaning fee i. H. V. € 50, -

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Selbst bei Kälte kann man auf dem windgeschützten Balkon die Sonne genießen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Die FeWo war top sauber. Alles wichtige war vorhanden. Login prima. Sehr nette Vermieter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten top.Das einzige war das 160x200 cm breite Bett, das nur quer genutzt werden kann.Kreativ, wie wir sind, haben wir unsere Koffer mit Kissen als Bettverlängerung genutzt. Wenn wir wiederkommen, buchen wir sehr gerne wieder diese Ferienwohnung. Vielen Dank. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit am Deich.

Wir haben hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, stilvoll eingerichtet, hell und sauber – alles da, was man braucht. Auf dem Balkon kann man in Ruhe essen und die Sonne genießen.Die Lage ist ideal: nur 2 Minuten bis zum Meer und etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hafen. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es eine Bäckerei, und die Straße hinunter einen modernen, gut sortierten Edeka.Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Ein Fliegengitter am Fenster zum Schutz vor Stechmücken am Abend wäre noch wünschenswert.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Küchenausstattung war völlig ausreichend- überdurchschnittlich- Da das Franz. Bett kein Längsschläfer war, ist Aus und Einstieg ohne Störung des Anderen nicht möglich. In der Dusche wäre eine Ablage für Shampoo etc, sinnvoll!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Jeden Abend konnte ich den Sonnenuntergang über dem Deich beobachten. Die Lage ist sehr perfekt. Restaurants und Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar.Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würde gern wieder kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das kleine Ferienapartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist super! Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand mit einer tollen Strandbar. Der Hafen mit der Fähre nach Spiekeroog sowie ein Schwimmbad und ein Edeka sind ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
