This holiday apartment on the first floor (sleeps up to 6) is ideal for families and boasts stunning mountain views from the balcony. Please note that the bunk bed is only suitable for children, as it is a crib; the accommodation is designed for 4 adults and 2 children.

A special feature: Hiking trails start right at the doorstep. The apartment is centrally located between the Ober- and Untersulzbach valleys – a perfect base for tours, via ferratas, and alpine adventures around the Großvenediger mountain. Lake Blausee and the Untersulzbach waterfall are just a 15-minute walk away.

In summer, the Wildkogel Arena offers attractions for all ages, while the Tauern Cycle Path passes directly by the house.

In winter, the ski bus takes guests to the Wildkogel Arena gondola in about 8 minutes. The Zillertal Arena is also easily accessible. Cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, and other winter activities complete the offerings.

Restaurants are within walking distance, and the town center is only a 5-minute drive away.
