This detached holiday home of approximately 200 m², arranged over three levels, offers generous living spaces. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large, bright dining room with direct access to the outside. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet, complete this level. On the first floor, a living room with a television leads to three master suites, each equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a private shower room. A separate toilet is also located on this floor. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a bedroom with four 90 x 200 cm beds, ideal for children or groups, as well as a separate toilet. All five bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort in all seasons. To ensure you can fully enjoy your holiday from the moment you arrive, the beds are made, towels are provided, and all utilities are included in the price. Internet access is currently being installed; the telephone network is good. Welcome to the Gîte Autour du Puits, a detached house that can accommodate up to 12 people, nestled in the heart of the Neulise countryside. Surrounded by fields and rolling landscapes typical of the Roannais region, this former stone farmhouse has been carefully renovated, preserving all its original charm. The exposed stone walls, wooden beams, and spacious rooms create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Outside, over 2 hectares of private space await you: several terraces to enjoy every moment of the day, a relaxation area around the fountain, hammocks for unwinding, a proper pétanque court, games for children, and a large covered patio with a barbecue, perfect for sharing long meals and extending evenings in a convivial atmosphere.
