The only skyscraper with 11 floors directly on the promenade of Pelzerhaken. Located directly on the Seehotel "Eichenhain". Wonderful panoramic view over the Baltic Sea. Indoor pool, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium in the house. Important note: Due to repairs, the swimming pool is expected to be closed until June 2019. The sauna remains open.
