Centrally located 2 houses- Great for large groups!

This listing is for both of units in our Moonrise on Mill St. Inn- The Residence & The Carriage Haus. Perfect for wedding parties, family reunions, or any event where you would all like to stay on the same property! Units are right next to each other and share a courtyard and driveway. Centrally located a 1/2 of block off of Broad @ Mill St. 1 block from Miner's Foundry and 2 blocks from The National Hotel.

Main Residence is styled as a modern victorian and the Carriage House is a bohemian, naturalist vibe! We also have them listed separately. No parties are to be held on these premises

A couple of things to note:
-These are Victorian houses so the stairs are steep in both houses. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom on the ground floor of the Residence for anyone with mobility issues.
Carriage Haus- the bedroom is on the top floor and the bathroom is on the bottom floor.

-Dogs are only allowed with prior consent from host. An agreement to dog rules and non-refundable dog fee will be requested of you! Please mention you will be bringing a dog when you book with us. No cats, please!

-There is a $30/night charge for an additional people over 11.



-There is a tandem parking spot that fits 2 medium to large cars or 3 small cars

-Carriage Haus(1 bedroom): In addition to the queen bed in the bedroom, we have a pull out memory foam queen sofa sleeper that sleeps 2 in the living room

-Please note that this is not a house for loud gatherings. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am. No loud talking or music outside after 9pm. We have had complaints from our neighbors about previous guest’s noise levels so we like to make sure future guests know this is not a house for partying or spending late nights outside. Please note we have noise decibel monitors around the property.

-We do not allow ANY additional guests beyond the # listed on the reservation for an extended period (beyond an hour). Should you need to have additional people come over for longer, please let me know and we can work out an additional fee. Having additional people coming in and out of our space is wear and tear on the property and additionally, the city short term rental permits do not allow gatherings beyond the # of registered guests. There will be a fine for any unapproved guests.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels. Clean up your dog poop.
Close windows. Gather all belongings as there is a $25 fee plus shipping for returning items. Please let us know if you broke something so we can replace or repair it.
Turn off all heaters/AC, fans and fireplace Sign out of streaming services. Clean BBQ if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No shoes in house No loud noise outside after 9pm. No noise at all after 10pm. This not the rental for you if you want to have a loud gathering
No smoking of any kind on the property. No pets without prior conversation and fee is to be paid. Do not cut on wood counters.
Do NOT park on the brick driveway-Your car will be towed. Please follow ALL check out instructions to help keep the cleaning costs down.
