Nice, needs attention

The hotel is our favorite stay on the South and back home every year. However it is in need of updates. Our carpet was barely attached by the bathroom door, the ceiling tile trim was rusted. The staff is very nice but breakfast doesnt start until 8. Most people want to be on the road by then. We were able to get coffee.

It was ok the rooms need some upgrades. The laundry room doesn't have any chairs o has gotten one from the pool area which was right down the hall not very far at all and the guy from the front desk came and told me that I needed to put the chair back it wasn't aloud for me use it on the laundry area. The washer took 45 mins and the dryer took 60mins. It was very unpleasant waiting. There was only 3 people in the pool area and 2 was in the pool and there was several chairs it wasn't like I was taking it away from anyone. The air vent in the bathroom squealed when we turned on the light that was unpleasant. The beds waa not comfortable and there was hair in the bathtub and we could barely get the remote to the television to work...

Very clean property. Rooms were huge! Beds comfortable. We got in at midnight and check in qas easy. Missed breakfast abd no soda machines on the floors, just ice. We would stay again.

We stay here often while visiting my daughter at college. The downstairs rooms have rust around the ceiling in the bathroom. The upstairs rooms seem to be in the best shape. As always, breakfast is pretty good for a budget hotel. Staff is always nice and helpful.

MUCH better experience this time. Our room was clean and no obvious visible signs of wear and tear. The sweet lady working the breakfast area is the best! She is so helpful and gave some great suggestions on how to make fun shapes with the waffles. She was attentive and made breakfast a great experience!

Staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was ok. There was rust around the entire perimiter of the ceiling in the bathroom. The pillows were extremely soft and offered zero support. The bed was ok. Blankets were nice and warm.

Our stay

The chair in the room had a big stain on the back rest. Unpleasantly slightly and probably need to dust the woodwork behind the bed. I dropped my phone and had to retrieve it and noticed the dusty woodwork. Otherwise everything was fine and they offered a very nice breakfast.
