Our recent stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the outstanding hospitality we received. The staff, especially Baris and Bahar, were incredibly kind and treated us like family. Their warm, supportive demeanor made our stay comfortable and stress-free. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Aydin, the owner of the hotel, whose kindness and generosity stood out. She not only helped us extend our stay by a day but also made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her children were equally delightful—friendly, talkative, and made us feel as though we had known them for years. The family dog was another highlight—so adorable and playful, adding an extra touch of warmth to our experience. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with its location being just a few minutes from nearby restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. The breakfast was another plus, offering a good variety. A special thanks to the kitchen staff, particularly the lovely lady (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) who went out of her way to prepare an omelet exactly to our liking. Overall, the combination of a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and the personal touch from the staff made this stay unforgettable. Excellent cave stay

Excellent place to stay for cave accommodation experience. Access to the top of goreme directly behind hotel. Staff very friendly and provided great advice for tours, food and activities. The balloon ride was organised via the hotel with a good deal. Worth the experience and views. Breakfast was amazing, too. Great value.

The Presidential Suite was charming and a unique place. Carved into the cave and on three floors, staying there was a special experience. The balcony was a lovely place from which to view Goreme and on a couple of mornings, the balloons passed right overhead. There was a leak in the tub that caused some water on the bathroom floor. I brought this to their attention and hope they’ll fix it. The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging tours and balloon excursions.

The location of this hotel is close to a viewpoint, which is free access to hotel guests, others have to pay, with fabulous views of the city, balloons in the morning, and easy access to good hiking areas.

Amazing stay

Very comfortable stay with amazing breakfast. Rooms were clean, though we had a problem with the a/c. The folks at the reception are very helpful in booking the tours and balloon rides. Walkable distance to Goreme city center. Don’t miss the sunset point from the hotel.

The biggest shock to us was no hanger was provided & therefore no place to hang our jackets & other garments. Really a big minus. The room is small with furnitures placed in odd position. Breakfast selection was limited for non locals. A bit of warnings to future visitors: 1. The hotel is on a steep slope hill. Pretty challenging to walk down & return to the part of town where the actions are 2. Be prepared to climb up & down tall baskets if you wish to go hot air balloon. There is a risk to fall over as no assistance was provided. 3. Have cash if you wish to order tours via the hotel. They charge quite a bit for commission.

The hotel is just below the sunset viewpoint. The viewpoint is a short walk away and you don’t have to pay for access like everyone else. Balloons float right over the hotel every morning. Mustafa and his crew were friendly and helpful.

Great location but if you have trouble climbing hills or steps this might not be for you. As the name suggests you have to climb a bit of a hill to get to the lobby and perhaps a number of steps to get to your room. Hotel staff very helpful with luggage etc. I would recommend for an interesting cave experience for 3-4 days.

This property is built within the cave , so what can i say . just need more exhaust. over all it's acceptable aside from the molds accumulated in the shower room which made some of us ill of colds and cough.
