Last minute booking through Expedia because we were on a tour and were underwhelmed by the hotel the tour booked. Two days in this fabulous hotel, was the highlight of our tour. Strongly recommend the balloon ride and the many walking tours of this beautiful region.

This review is for room #302. The place is amazing. It's as advertised. We love our room in the cave. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The housekeeping crew was great. The breakfast had a wide selection of items. We definitely recommend this hotel!

I loved this property. But I am a fit person. I take stairs and exercise regularly. So I had great experience. Not so much my unfit boyfriend and my unfit mom! But I am glad I booked that hotel with a bunch of stairs. It made them climb them up and down. So it was a great exercise for them. If you are afraid that you won’t be able to drag bags up and down. Don’t worry the stuff of the hotel will help you. They are so nice. Take your unfit relatives there and leave them for the whole stay. They will be healthier by the end of their stay. I loved every minute of it. And the cave is beautiful as well. Our room was really nice. Had stairs inside too. Love it. Thank you for making my family healthier. They should design more hotels like yours.

Beautiful place with amazing staff! Many steps and terraces. The hotel is carved into the mountain (the fairy chimney) and has excellent views! Special note to the staff- especially the lady at the reception! Amazing people!
