Gala Cave is the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed. It's in a quiet spot in the town centre, close to shops, restaurants. The room is very large and clean, has an authentic cave feel. The bed is very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is facing the balloon launching site in the valley. We watched ballons lifting at sunrise, had a balloon flew over meters above. 酒店的天台面向热气球起飞点，是极好的日出和热气球观景台。 The on-site travel agent is a big plus, who organised all our transports and tours. All hotel staff were very friendly. The Turkish breakfast was also fantastic. We would recommend Gala Cave to all our friends.

Best part of staying was that this hotel was family owned and they're best people. My son was sick and Nuri took us to the pharmacy and helped us in getting medicine also he cut watermelons for my son late night. I'll recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel like they're staying in house. We felt safe in this hotel.

We had an excellent experience with this hotel’s hospitality. They nicely accommodated our pick up at the bus station. The breakfast was local Turkish dishes with delicious varieties. Our housekeeper was super friendly lady. The staff in general was very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Eğer otelin kapısından çıkar çıkmaz otantik ve büyüleyici bir atmosferle karşılaşmak istiyorsanız, daha farkli bir otel tercih edilebilir. Kapadokya’nın girişinde yer alan, araç otoparkı bulunan bir otel. −4 derece havada oda maalesef yeterince ısınmıyordu. Yerden ısıtma ve klima birlikte yetersiz kaldı. Üzerine bir de oldukça kucuk bir yorgan eklenince hiç ısınamadık. En güzel yanı ise çalışanlarıydı: son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Zaten genel olarak Kapadokya ve Ürgüp bu açıdan çok güzel insanlarla dolu. Son olarak, ilk kez yatak başucunda priz olmayan ve odada yalnızca banyoda priz bulunan bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.

Kapadokya’da, Gala Cave Cappadocia’da ailece konakladık ve her şey harikaydı. Otelin konumu gerçekten mükemmel — Kapadokya’nın ruhunu hissetmek için ideal bir yerde bulunuyor. Odalar son derece temiz ve bakımlıydı; her ayrıntıda misafirlere gösterilen özen hissediliyordu. Personel çok içten, samimi ve yardımseverdi; kendimizi adeta kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Kahvaltı beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi — lezzetli, bol çeşitli ve sevgiyle hazırlanmıştı. Ayrıca otelin terası ayrı bir güzellikti: sabahları terastan yükselen sıcak hava balonlarını izlemek tarifsiz bir deneyimdi. Bu güzel atmosfer ve unutulmaz anılar için Gala Cave Cappadocia ailesine gönülden teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz

Kapadokya'da kalmak için ideal bir otel, hem güleryüzlü ve samimi yaklaşımları, güzel kahvaltısı ve mağara olmasına rağmen temizlik ve konforu sağlayabilmeleri açısından memnun kaldık. Gece geç vakit varmamıza rağmen misafirperverlikle karşılandık. Kahvaltıda Nurcan hanımın lezzetli unlu mamülleri ve Türk mezeleri çok çeşitliydi. Sibel Hanım da günlük gezi planı konusunda yardımcı oldu.
