Beautiful building, amazing views, but lacking cleanliness and comfort. Do not stay in a Cave Room, there is no AC nor ventilation. The breakfast staff are nice, but it’s extremely hard to communicate with them; they barely speak 5-10 words in English

Not what I expected. I understand that this hotel recently changed its name to “Hu” and formerly it was known as “Harem Hotel”. I believe that’s why I only found good and recent reviews. The place is beautiful, but the property lacks many services and equipment to make you feel safe and comfortable. There is no safe box nor a secure place to store your valuables. One of my family members believes that some money went “missing” during out stay at this hotel. The female staff are really nice and kind, but do not expect the same from the male staff. Sometimes they are even rude.

The hotel is beautiful and fairly well located. It has an amazing view to one valley. Most of the staff is friendly; I highlight the manager’s service. Her name is Birsel Orhan and she is super kind and nice. Also, the ladies at the neighboring restaurant (somehow they cater the terrace’s food and beverage services) are also super nice. However, I found several “buts” to my stay. 1- No elevator and lots of stairs: this is important if you are traveling with many bags. 2- No air conditioning nor fans inside the rooms: if you stay in a “cave suite” (I strongly suggest not to) expect an unbearable level of humidity and heat. There is no ventilation in the room. 3- Male staff not friendly: anything you ask to the male staff (I noticed 3 men working there) will be answered with NO. No help in finding us laundry service, no help in making our rooms ventilated or fresher, and so on… 4- No safe or security box in the rooms: there is no secure place to store your passport or cash. I had to store my valuables inside my luggage, which stayed in my room while I was away most of the time. I can’t point fingers at anyone, but I somehow lost 100 EUR from my luggage. I left some cash inside my luggage and left for the day. When I came back, I checked my bag and everything seemed fine. But somehow, 100 EUR were missing. You may find more info about this hotel if you search for “Harem Hotel”. I understand they just changed its name to “Hu”. Maybe, thats why I could only find good review

Enjoyed our stay at Hu of Cappadocia, very kind staff specially Huseyin which helped us to book different activities. Adding air freshener to the rooms would make the experience more enjoyable. Also, hand sanitisation used in the hotel didn't smell very well.

Vadi manzaralı, balonları görebileceğiniz bir otel. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi oldukça yardımseverdi. Bölge ile ilgili sorularımıza ve gezi rotamızı kurmamızda kolaylık sağladı. Oteli yorumlara bakarak seçtik. Çok güzel bir konumu var. Terastan vadiyi izlemek , vadiye bakarak kahvaltı etmek, bir şeyler içmek çok keyifliydi. Uçan balonlar sabah eşsiz bir manzara oluşturuyor. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, sabahları balonları izleyebiliyorsunuz. Sabah kahvaltısını terastaki restoranlarında veriyorlar. Çeşit ve kalite olarak oldukça beğendik. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü, her konura yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Sadece yapının taş olmasından ötürü odalar oldukça loş ve nemliydi ancak bu konseptteki yerlerde genel olarak aynı durum söz konusu.

Harika konum

Konumu harika otelin. Uçhisar kalesine çok yakın ve merkezi bir noktada bulunuyor. Araç parkı, kalabalık dönemlerde biraz zor. Otelin atmosferi oldukça mistik, teras manzarası büyüleyici. Sadece kahvaltısındaki çeşitler, beklentimden biraz daha düşüktü.
