Place is really clean, close to the center without any unecessary noise. Mamed is very approachable and accommodating to all our needs. He answers promptly to our questions through whatsapp. Terrace has a nice view for hot air balloon pictures during early morning. I would recommend this five star hotel!

There was nothing to dislike about this property and the lovely people who managed / ran it. We were there for quite a few nights in a cave room which was quite spectacular - a spacious room with luxurious furnishings and bathroom. The location was amazing, the perfect spot to watch the balloons passing overhead in the mornings and also an easy walk into the centre where there was a good range of restaurants. The staff and management at the hotel went out of their way to welcome us and to make sure our holiday was perfect. We booked personalised trips through them which meant we got to see exactly what we wanted. After a trip out on our wedding anniversary we returned to find they're arranged a cake and candles for us and all the staff had gathered for the celebration. By the end of our holiday, it felt like we were leaving our friends behind. The only recommendation we might suggest would be a little more storage space e.g. drawers, but to be fair, we stayed much longer than most visitors so needed more storage. There is simply nothing more we could ask for. Thank you for making our stay such an amazing one.

It's a beautiful property, right in town. We loved every bit about it, also a nice rooftop for seeing the hot air balloons. The staff and the travel agency attached were super helpful, I could WhatsApp them with all my questions, arrange tours and book transportation to and from the airport. The only tiny thing is I wish the bed was a bit more comfy, but not a deal breaker at all. If you're considering this hotel, you should book it.

非常にアットホームな雰囲気のホテルでした。 立地 中心部から約7-8分歩きますが、十分便利な立地だと思います。また非常に静かです。 スタッフ とてもフレンドリーです。 部屋 清潔でとても整理整頓されています。 歯ブラシセットが無かったので、持参をお勧めします。シャンプー類はありました。 朝食 決して豪華では無いですが、十分ですね。テラスの景色が良いので、帰宅する日は、チェックアウトまでずっと朝食会場で過ごしました。

設備、サービス、清潔さ、コストパフォーマンス全てにおいて満足しました。 特にスタッフの方々がとても親切で、ツアーやレストランの手配の相談など、迅速に対応していただきました。 ホテル内の雰囲気も素敵で、カッパドキアらしさを堪能できました。 気になる点は、バスルームの排水が少し悪いと感じましたが、使用するには問題なりません。 また利用したいと思いますし、人にも薦めたいホテルでした。

ホテルスタッフの方はとても親切な対応をしてくれて、最高の滞在が出来ました。具体的には、朝早く着いた際の朝食サービスやアーリーチェックイン、荷物預り、ウェルカムドリンク、早朝にテラスから気球を見てる際にもコーヒーを持ってきてくれたり、嬉しいサービスをたくさんしていただきました。 また、カッパドキアの眺望に関してもおそらく最高レベルと思います。気球を望む手前に遮るものはなく、街並みと奇岩群と気球を一緒に撮ることも出来ました。（ホテルは少し坂を登る必要があります。） また訪れた際はリピートしたいと思います。
