Great views, staff and breakfast buffet

Excellent service (especially at the front desk), great breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, cozy room decor, perfect location, fantastic views from restaurant and rooftop, and unexpected fun with the cats that the hotel takes care of. Only negatives were that I wish the restaurant put burners under the hot food at the breakfast buffet because the food was always cold or room temperature instead of hot and they kept running out of coffee cups—we had to bring our own cups from our room most days. With that said, we still really enjoyed and looked forward to the breakfast. Finally, the airport van service the hotel uses took an especially long time to get from the airport to the hotel (including 45 minutes of sitting outside the airport waiting for all of the dozens of people in the 3 big vans to be ready to leave at once, which was unnecessary and frustrating, and then the vans stopped in several different villages ahead of our stop, all of which I wish the hotel warned us about ahead of booking the van because, although the van was cheap, we would’ve taken a private taxi instead since we were trying to get to the hotel asap—in comparison the van worked well to get from the hotel to the airport because it was just one van picking people up at predetermined times). Overall we loved our stay so my criticisms are meant to be constructive. We would gladly stay at the hotel again.

The hotel offered a quiet atmosphere with great views from their terrace. I loved how clean the facility was and the comfort of the spacious rooms and bathroom. We had a 10 minute walk to the main street which wasn't bad even under the hot summer days. Breakfast was the best we had in our 7 day stay amongst the 3 different hotels we stayed at. Try the San Sebastian Cheesecake from them better than the ones we had in Istanbul. Staff is very helpful, they demonstrated excellent service at all times. The only bummer was not having an iron in the room but they extended their laundry room for us to use and get our clothes pressed. Thank you Osmanli for an unforgettable stay. Patron the dog was just a great joy to see each time we were in the lobby.

Perfect locations, walkable to many attractions. The view from the rooftop is amazing and you can see the balloons at sunrise. The hotel absolutely gorgeous and upgraded. The breakfast is soooo goood! Great customer service. LOVE this hotel so much!

A very good hotel! Clean rooms and a beautiful terrace to watch the hot air balloons. Staff are welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. They booked all our activities and arranged transportation from and to the airport. They also suggested great activities to do by foot without needing a tour. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

We honestly had the best experience staying here. The accomodation itself is very comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfast was very delicious and easy. The terrace on the 4th floor is a really beautiful spot to watch the balloons go up at sunrise. We arrived quite late due to our bus being delayed, and the team here were so helpful when we got there. We had a late bus leaving around 1700, they had let us stay and use the facilities up until that time as well as holding our luggage while we spent the last day looking around Cappadocia. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and will be recommending to our friends and family to stay here.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Hotel clean, room clean. I stay 4 nights at room 304, I like the balcony, you can see air balloons from there. A little noisy at night if you are light sleep, you can hear everything outside and next doors, even though closing all windows. The air- condition is good but the light of numbers temperature too bright. The breakfast is not for us, but it is okay, hotel near town, we walk there to eat, a lot of food. No elevator. I like the hotel terrace. Still recommend to stay here if you don’t like to deal with all the hotel up hill.

This was our first time in Goreme, very memorable hotel experience. The staff was very helpful right as we walked in, the hotel was clean, neat, beautiful rooftop terrance, breakfast daily was excellent. Would love to stay here again.
