The entire stay was fantastic. The staff was so helpful they even messaged me to ask if I was alright after they hadn't noticed me leave the room. The room was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. It was a wonderful stay.

The property was clean and well maintained with nice staff. The only issue we faced was that there was something in breakfast that was not right and made us sick. Also the room details on Expedia showed air conditioner whereas same was not the case.

-das Frühstück war kein Buffet, was die Auswahl dementsprechend eingeschränkt hat, die Teller waren schon vorbereitet -die Betten waren sehr komfortabel -das Internet war leider sehr sehr schlecht, es gab im Zimmer kaum bis gar kein Empfang, vermutlich war es wegen den dicken Steinwänden -Klimaanlage gab es nicht in jedem Zimmer, nur in den Deluxe-Zimmern, da stimmt am Informationsfluss etwas nicht, da auf der Seite jedes Zimmer mit einer Klimaanlage beworben wird, - gleiches gilt für den Minikühlschrank, dieses existiert in keines der Zimmer -das Personal ist sehr bemüht und nett, hat sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert, das war sehr gut
