The staff were very courteous and attentive. One young man helped me book a bus ticket back to Ancara. The breakfast and dinner were beyond excellent. The location is the best to watch the balloons. The price for the room should be more expensive for the quality.

Poor condition of rooms, cleanliness poor. Bathroom was always flooded after taking a shower. Had to drop all towels to soak up each time. Sound proofing bad, could hear too much noise from other rooms. Best part was the landscape and scenery

The doors were noisy in the early morning as people are going for balloon ride. Our room had ceiling leak and the door to the terrace had a knob that's not working - only the dead bolt. The room needs a facelift and the food was too much for our liking. Most of their clients are Asians so they should cater more for them.

This hotel is unique having been built into a a side of a reenrant. It offered stunning views both day and night of the spectacular geological formations of the area.

Beautiful pool and great spread for breakfast. The dinner buffet was affordable however there are limited food options around the hotel that are walking distance. We could not see any hot air balloons from this location in the mornings. We did the hot air air balloon rides and atv at sunset, recommend this hotel and these activities.

We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The hamam, sauna, and pool are excellent and one of our biggest perks to stay. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. The reasoning was weather but the weather was beautiful each day. That, of course, is no fault of the hotel, just a disappointment to us. My only complaint was that the wifi was not available in any area but the lobby. The breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the views of the Uchisar castle and valley.
