The property is in a great location (only minutes from city center and goreme open air museum in either direction) The breakfast selection was also great with live omelette station. Unfortunately our room had some air conditioning issue that the staff tried fixing which couldn’t be fixed. They gave us a small tabletop fan and asked us to open the windows (we were in the ground floor but still went ahead and trusted the safety of the property)which caused us some trouble with getting rest before our balloon experience at 4 am the next day.

We arrived late in the evening, and despite the hour, the chef went above and beyond to prepare a delicious, high-quality dinner. Breakfast was a highlight, with the vegetable omelette, cappuccino, and milk coffee being absolute must-tries—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The staff were incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. Booking activities through the hotel was a breeze including airport shuttle transportation services , thanks to the helpful team who handled everything seamlessly. Harika bir otel. Otopark ve giriş işlemleri çok kolay; dar sokaklarda dolaşmanıza gerek yok. Sabahları en yakın Holi'ye tırmanıp sıcak hava balonlarını izleyebilirsiniz; her şey en az 5 dakika uzaklıkta. Geniş odalar çok temiz, her gün temizleniyor. Isınmak için harika bir hamamı olan bir spa var. Yataklar rahat. Odada su ısıtıcısı ve buzdolabı mevcut. Kapadokya'daki en iyi yer!

スタッフの対応も良く、チェックアウト後にもハマムを無料で使わせてくれました。 部屋やタオルなども清潔で、気持ちよく利用することができました。 朝は朝食ブュッフェがついており、目の前で作ってもらえるオムレツが良かったです。 ホテルタイプはフロントやレストラン、ハマムと同じ建物なので近いですが、ケーブタイプは階段の上り下りがあります。 ギョレメ野外博物館が近く、徒歩10分ほどで着くことができます。

Çalışanlar ilgili ve guler yüzlüydü. Otel ferah bir oteldi yani magara oteller gibi iç içe değildi. Gittiğimiz zaman itibari ile otel sakindi. Normalde otelin hemen önünden balonların kalkışını izleyebiliyorsunuz fakat bizim konakladığımiz gün hava koşulları nedeniyle iptal olmuştu. Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık ve tekrar konaklayabilecegimiz bir oteldi.
