My family had a great time while we were kn town for the Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival. The location was convenient for us to get to the Ferry, parking, grab dinner. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was nice but the room was very dirty…hairs in the sheets, looked like the bed was not cleaned between guests…bathroom hair and floss on floor …there was 1 towel in bathroom, the staff did bring towels right away. Had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with luggage since elevators were not working The area around the hotel is seedy…lots of homeless…the waterfront which is 10-15 min walk is nice near the ferry. I would not call this a boutique hotel…no food service at the hotel restaurant, maybe cause it was a Sunday? lol would find somewhere else to stay

not at all what the pictures look like, the area is so unsafe and dirty. so expensive for nothing. they don’t clean the rooms during the day and they don’t do anything to assist guests

We booked the king room with a harbor view. The room, on the top floor, had a beam ceiling with brick walls, which we appreciated as we enjoy historical inns. The picture window was a plus. The complimentary continental breakfast was plentiful and changed each morning. Staff members were attentive.

Very vintage. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. One tiny elevator for a lot of rooms and didn’t really feel secure outside hotel at night. You have to park along street or in remote parking…
