The staff and cleanliness were stellar. Had issue with parking (parking was in an open lot some 2.5 blocks from the hotel) and we had not coffee cups or coffee in our room. Space between foot of the bed and desk was just passable. Beds were great...shower very good.

Stayed forb4 nights during New Year’s holiday and had a great time. The location was amazing right downtown near the water and all the activities. The room was clean and included a nice breakfast in the morning. The lobby was really nice and had a full bar. We’ll definitely stay again in future trips to New Bedford.

The breakfast food is of very poor quality. Think of mass produced gas station sandwiches, and fruit yogurt that doesn't contain any fruit. The gym is water damaged likely got some mold issues. Street noise is easily heard on all floors. But on the plus side, the staff are very nice and the rooms are big.

Lovely hotel in an old building. Perfect location a few blocks from the waterfront. Staff were super nice and even allowed us to store our bikes inside the ballroom. Would absolutely stay there again.
