Chill Country Ranch cabin near Gruene, New Braunfels, and White Water Amp.

Welcome to Chill Country Ranch! Come inside and find an open concept floorplan with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and coffee bar area. The dining room table seats 6 and we have 4 additional seats at the raised kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal if you feel like cooking. The coffee bar has individual creamers, sugar packets, K-cups, individually wrapped tea, honey sticks, as well as a tea kettle and a Keurig Duo that will make individual K-cups or a whole pot of coffee.

The living room has a big sectional couch and two additional leather chairs. There is a smart TV available for you to log in and watch your favorite shows or movies (no cable). There is also a record player, with a selection of records, and plenty of games in the TV console.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, private ensuite with a walk-in glass shower, closet, luggage rack, and a smart Roku TV. The additional downstairs bedroom has a king bed, closet, luggage rack, and is next to the full downstairs bath with tub/shower combo.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the cabin for your convenience.

Head upstairs and find a loft complete with ping pong table, bean bag chairs, and an additional smart TV. There are also kid friendly board games and card games as well as a retro Mini G box with thousands of old school video games including Super Mario Brothers, Sonic, and Double Dragon. The couch in the loft folds out into a queen size sleeper.

There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed and one with two twins with a twin trundle. Each room in the cabin has a closet and a luggage rack. There is also a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

Head outside and find a patio with 8 adirondack chairs, corn hole boards, and a fire pit ready for s'mores (firewood not provided)!

Please take care to avoid the areas under active construction. Parking is next to the unit in the gravel.

The cabin is located in the "upper circle” area. Please avoid the other active construction areas near the front of the community. If you stay during a weekday you might see/hear construction workers. The community is under active construction. During your stay you will see partially completed common areas and partially completed cabins.

We have a firepit onsite for your enjoyment. Please check the Comal County Fire Marshal website for burn ban status. If we are in a burn ban, use of our outdoor firepit is not allowed. Please note firewood is not provided but is readily available at nearby gas stations and grocery stores.

The cabin is in Texas Hill Country, known for being hot and humid! You may encounter wildlife in the community which includes insects. Depending on the time of year and weather, guests may encounter mosquitoes, bees, flies, moths, wasps, lovebugs, ants, spiders, beetles, scorpions, etc. While we do perform regular preventative pest control, we are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for the occasional insect that may make it inside. Guests can help by keeping doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.

Pets and parties are not allowed.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
