Stay was comfortable and quiet. Only issues were that we booked a King bed and got two queens. Also there was an outlet that didn't work used by the microwave and fridge. They easily without hassle got us in another room.

Room door catches and does not open all the way. The shower floor was cracked and grimy. Paint on the floors and peeling in places on the walls. No lightbulbs in some of the lamps. Eggs were cold. Coffee was not good. But it was quiet and beds are amazing!

Room felt neglected. False sense of a good hotel. Hotel looks and feels old. Needs to be upgraded! Most of lights in room didn’t work. Very little accessories and minimal towels for 2 queen bed room. Had a bag over the smoke detector that hotel management did not notice for upcoming next guest! Will never stay at this hotel again unless major changes are made. Do not recommend especially for the price I paid of $140 per night. Maybe $60-$70 per/night maybe for this hotel. Absolutely ridiculous…

The lady at the front desk was excellent! She went above and beyond to secure a handicap room that had already been assigned to a future guest. She called that guest and confirmed they did not need room 103. And at checkout, she remembered my name and thanked come for staying there. Fabulous customer service!

Hotel has very poor lighting. Dirty hallways, elevator and the room was even worse. Dirty walls, chipped paint,MOLD, no shower curtain, spider webs, crust stuck on the carpet and so much more.
