We stayed for TXST Family Weekend. We really appreciated the cleanliness and safety of the hotel. The front desk personnel were so friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and clean. We definitely will stay again!

AC wasn’t working, no lights in light fixtures, dirty microwave, no fridge, dirty bathroom, dirty coverlet on bed, mattress pad that was so torn up it was bunched up under the sheet. When problems reported to the front desk, the AC was patched and then stopped working again. Told the front desk of the problem at 5:30 pm and maintenance didn’t show up until 9:30 pm. He had a horrible attitude and was disrespectful. Never again trusting a Comfort Inn for an overnight stay.

1 night was too much.

When we arrived they had no more king rooms which is what we’d booked ahead of time and paid for in full. We were given a double bed room and it was NOT clean. The bed skirt had old food stuck to it. There was hair in the tub, the chair in the room looked as though it had never been cleaned. There was stuff stuck to the walls. Overall the hotel is disgusting and outdated to say the least.

There was no AC the first night, staff brought a fan to the room. Moved to a different room in the morning at my request, that room had no AC. Third room finally had AC. No refund offered, every excuse given.
