I reserved a suite room for 5 people to sleep. There was one towel in the bathroom and it was covered in stains. The shower curtain did not close all the way and water got all over the floor. My daughter went down for breakfast and was told they ran out around 8:40am. The pool closing at 9pm on a weekend was a bummer. The kids wanted to swim but couldn’t. The staff does not come in and clean the rooms unless requested.

They don’t clean your room while you stay there. Even if you will stay 2 weeks they don’t clean the room, they don’t even take the trash out and they don’t put new towels and they don’t even check if you have toilet paper 😡

Fan was broken in bathroom, the device that holds the coffee filter was missing, so no coffee for me unless I went down to the lounge. The walls were dirty. TV only got about 7-8 channels. Morning clerk was rude. No personality at all! Night clerk was super nice. The eggs at breakfast were in a bag and steam cooked. Yuk!!! Definitely will not be staying there again.

When we arrived at the hotel the service was good. While already in my pajamas ready to relax and watch tv, I noticed a pair of very soiled men’s underwear in the area between the mattress and the wall. I called for someone to remove the underwear. 30 minutes later I called and asked for another room because no one came to retrieve the underwear. The young man at the front desk agreed to move us to another room. I called had to call back and ask when they were going to move us because it had been about 15-20 minutes. He told me he’d call me back soon. About 5 minutes later he said I could come down and get the new room key myself he could not bring it to me. By that time I was very upset because it had been close to an hour after I first called and reported the nasty underwear. I retrieved the key and we went to the new room. Ready to relax and go to bed. The beds we’re comfortable and I slept okay once I got over the grossness of the first room experience. The breakfast was ok, but overall the lobby and elevators appeared housekeeping didn’t work on the weekends. Had we not been pressed for time the next morning because of an early appointment , we would have chosen to eat breakfast elsewhere because of the overall cleanliness issues. I will not stay at this facility or any other Comfort Inn and Suites again; and I believe I should be given a partial refund. I chose this place because I have used Hotels.com many times with very few problems. Thank you

Check-in was smooth and without any issues, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. We arrived tired and just wanted to rest, but the pillows had a very unpleasant smell. Upon inspecting the room, we found it to be in unacceptable condition: the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, the floor was filthy, and we found cockroaches and even leftover items like false eyelashes. I filed a complaint the next morning, but the response was slow and not very helpful. Breakfast was another letdown — the coffee tasted like barely colored water, and the overall quality was very poor. Even though the price seemed reasonable, it in no way made up for the discomfort and lack of cleanliness. In summary: this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I do not recommend it.

Cockroaches is every corner and behind beds and under shelf and under furniture. Disappointed. How lead me looking under was because I was looking for my headphone checking under furniture and spotted and finds a lot…. So if it's wasn't for my head phone I would be advantaged of and didn't know that's would upset me and felt this hotel wasn't being honest with cleaning. I was former housekeeping and I was hard worker and stayed honest cleanliness. Unfortunately staff housekeeping clean their each assigned to is how they clean as in their home or they doing for money? I cleaned up trash and treat it respectful way and they aren't being respective to guest who booked the Room if that room going to be like that then pricing should not be that high…

Poor facility maintenance. Room had live cockroach in shower, and dead cockroach outside room door. Room door opened half-way because of door hanging. Food from prior customer was left in microwave. Half the lighting didn't work, burned-out bulbs and lamps not plugged in. Night stand lamp had no switch, only a cord that had to be plugged into wall to turn on-off. Air conditioner fan was very noisy and loud enough to awaken us every time it turned on. TV did not work. Breakfast area had food scattered on floor and tables were not bussed. The linens and bathrooms were neat and clean. Food was alright. Manager did not contact us; I left a written page outlining the problems.

The staff was nice. It was quiet and felt very safe but the hotel was not kept clean. Elevator floor was sticky, the common area carpeting by the 4th floor elevator had food crumbs the 2 days we were there so nothing was every vacuumed. Indoor pool water was cloudy and ice cold.

This location had pretty good reviews, so we went with it. Our daughter was especially excited about the indoor pool. However, the first night we had unpacked and were getting ready to sleep I noticed a few small dead roaches in the bathroom floor. The next morning, I had also noticed along the side of the mattress my daughter had slept on had small curly hairs (DEF not from her body or from our family at all, who had not been on that bed). Because of my obligations I was too busy to request a new room, so I didn’t have an opportunity mention anything to the staff until we were requesting more towels at the front desk. She seemed to be unconcerned and said that if we need them to come and spray they would do that. I walked away thinking that I don’t want fresh pesticides in our room. No other options were offered. The walls were also pretty grody, and around the beds against the walls had dust, hairs, and crumbs. The pool was far from inviting. It was murky and freezing cold. My daughter was adamant about swimming so she stayed in 5 minutes before giving up on any hope of enjoyment. I told her to not put her face under water at all because it seemed questionable. Not to mention the loud fan haphazardly placed in the wall drowning out any hopes of enjoying a conversation with your company. I’m usually not one to give negative reviews but I was actually very disappointed in this stay.
