Eight wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals.

Property is nice enough, nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. Close location to Schlitterbahn, great access to river. Pool and spa was nice to go to after day at waterpark. Big grass fields for kids to play in. Lots of parking. Lots of beds. Master king mattress was super duper soft. Some people love, some don't. Small bathrooms, but gets the job done. Good size patio. Would stay again.

Centrally located

It was easy to get around town. Close to Schliterbahn, river ride companies, and Gruene Hall!Had plenty of towels and washrags. We would stay here again. There is a regular drip coffee maker not a keurig, but no ground cofee or coffee filters so be sure to pick some up as I had packed keurig pods. Very bright in the front bedroom over night with all outside lights that stay on. Blackout curtains would help.

The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. There were enough beds for 8-10 people to sleep in comfortably. We were gone most of the days, so it was nice to have a nice bed to sleep in.It ws so easy to get hold of the property manager through text messages. She was very helpful!

Nice place to stay on the river

We enjoyed our stay here. Location is very convenient to everything we wanted to do on our trip. So nice to have the Guadalupe River in your backyard, we spend every evening down in the river. Enjoyed being able to grill out for dinner. Beautiful area, quiet and peaceful. The condo was nice and worked out great for us. The bunkbeds were not very comfy and would have liked to have a broom and dust pan available.
