Overall our experience was great. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a good stay. The location for spending time in Gruene was fantastic. The only negative I would note is bed the primary room upstairs could be better. I am not sure what but on one side of the bed it feels like you are sleeping on a slope.

The code to check in and open the door was incorrect. I had to call twice and stay on hold for several minutes and then got the door code. Which was different than what was supplied in the communication. It took 20 minutes to get in the door

Beautiful property, but could be cleaner

Property was beautiful! Perfect location. A little loud but to be expected being in the heart of Gruene. Sheets in one of the downstairs bedrooms had several hairs. There was no top sheet, which was weird to me. I also checked under the beds to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, and it was like someone swept all the dirt and dust under the beds. Needed more bath towels.

Great getaway in a nice condo

Easy check in, love the updated condo compared to others in the complex. We did have to wash several dishes we took out of the cabinet before we used them. Need more wash clothes, hand towels and bath towels to accommodate 6 guests.

Great location, a bit dirty

The location was great, the shower stall and toilet in the master bedroom seemed like it had not been scrubbed in a long time. There was a lot of mildew and buildup. There were roach droppings on the countertop in the bathroom as well. We wanted to watch Fubo and login via our own account, but the owner has set it up to where no one can login. The dust on furniture was evident which also makes me think that their cleaning service does not do a thorough job. The couches are filthy.
