Our stay was great aside from the first room we were given smelled of smoke so bad you could smell it before even opening the door. The front desk was going to have the room treated to rid the smell but we requested to change rooms it was so awful. They did so but we ended up having to move to a new building with the room on the third floor and a broken elevator. The new room was clean but definitely could have been cleaned better at least no smoke smell. Other than those issues we enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities offered were great!

It was great however there were some areas that could have been a little cleaner. Like main bath and under couch needed to be swept. We only know about couch because we dropped something and it rolled under it. lol. But we loved the facilities and the registration area with all the games and activities.

Everything was perfect except the broken elevator! Best hotel!! Clean, tons of stuff to do, tons of pools! The mini golf was so fun! I could not hear anything inside the room! Hopefully the get blackout curtains or prepare for early morning SUNSHINE!! It was great!

The property is nice and has plenty of amenities for a stay with children/families. However, our room was a drive away from the office across the highway on a different premises. There was a bright outdoor light shining in the bedroom that made it hard to sleep and BIG thing, you are charged $175 deposit charge to your card on top of the room fee! So, the whole "fee you see is what you pay" is not true until after about 10 days when you should get a refund on that deposit.

All the interiors are in excellent condition and have been recently remodeled. Everything was perfectly clean. The only downside was that the pool near our building was out of service, so we had to drive to the main pool area.
