The first room we were given was not secure. Looked like thedoor had been forced and poorly repaired. Could push door open with my shoulder. Couches were dirty and stained an had a weird smell.

Room included a Sofa Bed which was handy because beds weren’t very roomy for hubby and I. Super happy for the fridge and microwave. Daughter loved the shampoo and conditioner. Wish they sold some to us. Not too noisy and were close to some stores and restaurants a plus

Unacceptable Hygiene and Poor Service – Never Again ( I stayed at this hotel for nearly two weeks, from December 26th to January 8th, but my room was only cleaned twice during the entire stay. When I inquired at the front desk, they informed me that rooms are typically cleaned every other day and can be done daily upon request. However, none of this was communicated to me during check-in. Furthermore, the front desk staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The two cleaning services I did receive were appalling. The toilet was not cleaned at all, and the bed sheets were never changed. I had injured my finger and left bloodstains on the sheets, but even after the "cleaning," the same stained sheets remained. In fact, the sheets were not changed once during my entire two-week stay. It seemed the housekeeping staff only straightened the duvet and replaced the towels before leaving. I have stayed at over 200 hotels worldwide, and I have never encountered such a lack of basic hygiene and professional service. This was a highly disappointing experience.

Shower ceiling looked like it had mold on it, there was a hair stuck or on the ceiling (just plain disgusting), TV had a blue view, couch/futon was stained and also disgusting looking, had to call to complain about these issues, was given a different room the following day. Noise the first night coming from the top floor above us, u could hear all the footsteps, will not be staying there again in the future.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Zero hot water the day we were supposed to checkout - finally got warm when we were walking out the door to leave. Breakfast was subpar - no healthy options besides yoplait yogurt, no granola or fruit. Eggs were runny wet/soupy mixed with some type of meat. Would have preferred regular scrambled eggs by themselves.
