We’re right in the middle of Historic Gruene, a stone’s throw from Gruene Hall and all that Gruene has to offer! Leave your car parked in your condo parking and walk to all the music and more! Enjoy the sunset on the private deck with a view of the Guadalupe River. Walk the beautiful path down to the river for a restful picnic at the river’s edge. Or, bring your tubes or floating devices and jump into the river for a river float or swim. Relax by the pool and waterfall, or go tubing with easy water access to the Guadalupe. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful granite kitchen, 2 flat screen televisions, washer and dryer, and easy access to the private pool, barbeque areas, river, and Historic Gruene… you can create your perfect vacation.
