I arrived at 11pm,spent an hour trying to check in showed my booking,receipt,conformation on my phone,they asked for id which i provided,then bizarely said their printer didnt work so they couldnt copy it and i couldnt have the room,left me stranded at midnight with my 13 year old boy.now theyre withholding a refund,absolute disgrace

The room was clean and spacious the only issue was that the bed was was very comfortable, it was like sleeping on springs and you sink towards the middle of the bed. Everything else was fine.

The hotel looked a little unkempt from the outside windows. I found out this is simply because there are no blinds to give a uniform appearance from outside. Everything was excellent considering the price point. The staff was courteous. The room was clean. Breakfast was adequate. We had no issues. We would visit this hotel again.
