Guest Information & Stay Requirements

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, all guests are required to complete a quick pre-arrival step through our secure guest portal. This includes ID verification, signing the renter’s agreement, and selecting any optional upgrades for your stay.

A refundable security hold of $1,500 is required prior to arrival. Guests may alternatively choose a $45 non-refundable damage waiver.

Accessibility & Property Layout

Summit Sunsets is a private guesthouse located above a garage and accessed via one full flight of stairs.

The outdoor areas, including the pool and fire features, reflect the natural Hill Country setting with gravel pathways and gentle slopes, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Privacy & Security

For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the guesthouse, and your indoor privacy is fully respected at all times.
