Wonderful Guest House

We really enjoyed the guest house and it's location! Palmer's Restaurant was a great spot to eat, but there are many other good choices within walking distance.The private covered parking area was a big bonus.

This was a quick overnight to enjoy my university town with my best friend, whom I met there almost 30 years ago! I had no idea this place existed behind Palmer’s! It was a great spot to walk around. Coffee and breakfast location just a short walk away, and the place itself was cozy and private.

Wick trip to San Marvelous

Stayed here on a quick visit to see my daughter. It is an awesome little place in a great location. Palmers is one of my favorite restaurants in San Marcos and I never knew this was here!
