Built in 1893, this quaint country home has a lot of unique charm. It features five bedrooms, a kitchen, and living room area. A huge yard with a fire ring, bbq pit, and washers. It is right behind Riley`s Tavern, the oldest bar in Texas. Close to New Braunfels, Gruene, and all the hill country travel spots. It has a vintage farmhouse feel and decor. There is room to have bbqs and parties in the big oak covered lawn.
Guests can use all spaces at this home. There is a fire ring outside and a bbq pit on the patio as well.

We are close to Gruene and New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and the San Marcos Outlet Malls. There is live music nightly next door at Riley’s Tavern. The tavern also has an outdoor area with horseshoes and washers.

This is an old home with a cottage like feel. It is not like a modern hotel. It is spacious, yet cozy kind of like grandma’s house. There is a train close by and can cause some noise. Please keep this in mind when renting.
Before you leave, please rinse all dishes and place in dishwasher. Place used towels next to washing machine. Take all trash to the dumpster in front of Riley’s Tavern. Make sure to sign out of any apps on the TV and doble check for personal items. Its very difficult to get things returned if left behind.
