Central a/c of course, but also a private exquisite backyard, highest quality everything. Oh, and 4 bicycles for the weekend. Avaliable only weekends from Friday 3PM to Monday 10AM. Take the 5:15 Friday express out of NYC with your couple friends. Make weekend reservations at New Canaan's top gourmet restaurants. Bike ride into town Saturday/Sunday. On and on. Take the 7:30AM monday express back into the city. Special arrangements for blocks of weekends - possible discount
