This cozy Cape Cod home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is situated on a private, forested five-acre haven with your very own fishing pond and nearly a mile of mulched walking trails. Enjoy modern comforts including air conditioning, high-speed internet, streaming television, in-home surround sound and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax or grill on the outdoor patio deck or gather around the fire pit all while being surrounded by nature's tranquility. Ideal for family gatherings and celebrations or a peaceful getaway for larger groups, this lodge promises an unforgettable stay.

Two bedrooms with king beds on the main floor share the main level guest bathroom and shower. Two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds share another full bathroom with bathtub, shower and dual sinks. Adults and children alike will also enjoy the upstairs loft including tv, games and reading areas.

Welcome to the country! We are on a private well and septic tank. We use eco-friendly pesticides within and around the perimeter of the home, but otherwise the property is natural and abundant with flowers, trees, bugs, critters and wildlife.



Conveniently located right off Highway 36. Only 1 mile to 1000 degree wood-fired pizza and 3 miles to Summit Lake; 4 miles to Whitetail Tree Farm, 7 miles to New Castle and 15 miles to Muncie; 1 hour to Indianapolis or Ft. Wayne.

Hidden Gem

If you are looking for a very peaceful getaway from all the hustle and bustle, this is your spot. The home is conveniently located a short drive off the highway and is close to small town conveniences. A perfect alternative to trying to find a hotel for a larger family when dropping kids off at BSU (a very manageable drive up HWY3) Kris and Aleece were incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable! Highly recommend!
