The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and place them in dish drainer on kitchen counter Make sure all exterior doors and windows are closed and locked. Empty contents from refrigerator
Empty all trash cans and place in outside trash cans located near garage. Place all dirty towels and wash clothes in tub/shower Pile dirty bed linens at foot of beds
Turn off any electronics Turn thermostat to 70 (located in main floor living room). Please be sure that downstairs bathroom heater is set at 55.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We allow 1 pet (dog only) to stay at a time. Smoking is allowed outside the house and disposed of in the offered ashtrays.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood so to respect our neighbors there are no parties allowed.
