The breakfast was amazing and so was the 24 hour coffee area!! The pool was clean and towels were provided to dry off with. The room we were given when we checked in was damp and had a smell to it. I think they need air conditioning/ ventilation in the hallway areas. We tried to sleep but the bedding was just too damp. I went to the desk after about an hour and the clerk was very accommodating and apologized for our inconvenience . They gave us a different room and this one was much better. We stayed for 3 nights and will be staying again in the future. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced

There was an issue of payment between Expedia and the hotel. I checked in late and needed to get up early. Reception staff called me at 11 PM so i would call expedia and solve the issue between them. Shower mixer and shower head were loose, shower pan was extremely slippery. Hotel is recently built or updated so looks great and has a good breakfast (by highway hotel standards).

I have a serious safety a question

I was taking a shower after exercising. Fire Alarm went off. Fire trucks, (x4) then all clear. After I was sitting in my room and staff entered unannounced. Claimed my shower had set off the fire alarm. I quizzed the staff and ask point blank question, 'Do you smell smoke?' Staff, 'no.' 'Then it is not a smoke detector.' Staff, 'It is a steam/smoke detector.' 'Tell me how that works...?' Not sure if the safety protocols of this facility are up to snuff. The staff's attempted gaslighting needs work.

Disappointment at it’s best. It is 18 miles from Hershey park, not 8 miles as advertised. Terrible experience. Subpar property that was renovated to present the best optics in marketing photos. Staff were neither hospitable nor solution oriented. Expedia does not want specifics or they won’t post the review. Save your money. Bargain or not, this property is not worth it. Property smells as if it’s being cleaned to mask old lingering odors. 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel and a lack of maintenance staff. You fill in the blanks. My family will not be returning to this location or any other Holiday Inn.

Good stay

The room and the property are great. Comfortable, nicely kept. Nice staff. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing which is one of the things they pride themselves on so I’m surprised. Pancake machine was broken, a couple slices of toast and an English muffin. They have veggie omelets which my kids won’t eat. And some yogurt and cereal. That’s it.
