2. Return Key and Adjust Thermostats @ Check-Out Lock all doors/windows, return key to the lockbox, and set thermostats to default (84°F for hot tub).
3. Approved Guests and Pets Only Only registered guests and approved pets allowed. Clean up after pets and report any damage immediately.
