This is your tranquil home away from home in New Fairfield, Connecticut—a cozy, fully furnished cottage tucked away on a quiet dead-end street between beautiful Ball Pond and Putnam Lake.

Designed for comfort and relaxation, the cottage features a cozy queen bedroom, a second sleeping room with a charming twin bed, and an additional flexible stretch room, office, and TV room—perfect for unwinding, working remotely, stretching, or binge watching. The cottage comfortably accommodates 3 adults guests.

Step inside through the welcoming front sitting porch into a mirrored foyer with a convenient bench. The home features a warm and inviting combined living and dining area, along with a comfortable eat-in kitchen equipped for your stay. Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

Outside, enjoy your own peaceful retreat on the slate patio, complete with a grill and umbrella-covered outdoor dining area. Relax by the wood fire pit within the private fenced-in yard. Listen to the soft sounds of local wildlife. Above all - simply enjoy the calm surroundings away from busy main roads.

Guests may also enjoy the use of a 3-person canoe. Must sign waiver for use. The property is associated with deeded resident access to Jackson Beach on Putnam Lake, subject to applicable community and seasonal access rules.

The cottage also features a bathroom with a refreshing standup shower and hair dryer, as well as the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. Parking is available for 2 cars.
