On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. The “off street parking” is a communal dirt area behind two houses with potholes and a very narrow driveway connecting it to the road. If you have a minivan or a larger car, you may want to think twice, as it is a really tight squeeze to get back there. We were greeted by a torn-up bag of garbage right next to the house as we walked from the parking area to the front door. Despite notifying the host, it remained there for the duration of our stay. Upon arriving at the rental, you see that it is across the street from an abandoned warehouse/factory. It does look like it is being renovated further down the street, so hopefully it will transform sometime soon.
