1. Legal ID required with signed agreement. We put an incidental hold on your card released 7 days after check-out.

2. Egress door is for emergency exit only.

3. No illegal activities, no drugs, no vaping and no smoking, and no pets. There is a $500 fine.

4. No non- booked guests allowed.

5. No commercial photography or events.

6. No loud music.

7. Laundry between 8am-8pm only.

Long term guests

1. Mandatory bi-weekly cleaning at your cost.

2. Must remove trash (and recycle) on trash pick-up day Wednesday early morning. Pls put trash out the night before--recycle: blue cans, regular: black cans.

This apartment offers its guests a fitness center and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
