The shower temperature was not consistent, it will suddenly shoot extremely hot scalding water that my wife and I got burned a little. The room was not cleaned properly, there was trash under the bed. The bedside lamps switches were shaky and not working. The shower door didn’t close properly causing water to run on the outside floor. We also never got the 2 free beverages as per expedia’s note stated. Very disappointed in the quality especially considering this is supposed to be a higher end hotel.

Room was a safe haven during a bad winter storm. The front desk attendant - I believe his name was Suvar was incredibly kind and accommodating - let us know the only place that was open and where we could get a hot meal after a 12 hour shift in the hospital.

Clean room, accommodating staff. Bathroom fan is loud and goes on automatically when the light is turned on - not ideal for nocturnal trips to the bathroom - and the toilets are institutional style rather than hotel style. However, all in all great value!
