Inside the Apartment: In the Bedroom there is a king-size bed and futon. The living room has an additional futon for extra sleeping space. There is a Full equipped kitchen — stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances. There is a Private bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment includes: fresh linens, towels, and all essentials provided — just settle in and enjoy! Private Entrance Info: The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessed via a set of wooden stairs on the outside of the home. Please use the gate at the front of the house, which leads directly to the staircase and your private entrance. Extra Perks: There is Backyard access — a peaceful spot to enjoy some fresh air. There us Driveway parking available, plus free street parking. I have one older dog who may occasionally be in the backyard to use the bathroom. You’re welcome to use anything in the apartment — it’s fully stocked for your stay, I live on the first and second floors, so I’m close by if you need anything! This space is quiet, clean, and fully yours — with the charm of an attic hideaway and the convenience of a great location. Whether you’re staying for a few days or a few weeks, you’ll feel right at home.
